Prior to my real estate career, I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo where I studied accounting. This education, attainment of my CPA certification, work and sales experience provide significant skill sets that are necessary in the field of real estate. Financial document analysis, organization, contract negotiation, employee relations together with my love of the Finger Lakes  and strong sales experience provided a clear and obvious career path in real estate.

I have owned a home on Keuka Lake for over 20 years. My passion for the Finger Lakes has driven my focus on Lake Front homes here and resulted in an in-depth knowledge of the many towns I serve. Each location has its own market statistics, nuances and selling points.

When working with sellers II strive to take all of theses into account when preparing my overall pricing & marketing strategy, utilizing a collaborative approach with all seller-clients. My marketing plan integrates an extreme online global presence along with daily prospecting, marketing and advertising. Once an offer is received, I expertly advise my clients on utilizing master negotiating strategies, and guide them through the inspection, appraisal and closing process.

When working with buyers good listening skills help me to identify exactly what my buyer-clients are looking for. All things are considered including economics, lifestyle, location and timeline.
